Tisiola Tasini’s journey into caregiving began with a simple act of kindness in high school—offering support to a neighbor in need. What started as a small gesture quickly grew into a lifelong calling. With a warm heart, tireless work ethic, and an innate ability to connect with others, Tisiola found joy and purpose in helping the elderly feel safe, valued, and at home.

Over the next 20 years, she dedicated herself fully to the field of home care—working across both agency and private client settings. She gained firsthand experience in every aspect of caregiving, from personal care to emotional companionship, always going above and beyond to deliver care with dignity, patience, and compassion. Families came to trust her not just as a caregiver, but as a part of their extended support system.

What stood out most to Tisiola throughout her journey was the deep, mutual love shared between caregivers and the people they serve. That love became the foundation of her vision. With humility and faith in the power of human connection, she founded Aging with Care—an agency rooted in empathy, reliability, and the belief that great care begins with a kind heart.

Today, Tisiola leads her team with the same dedication she’s carried since her very first client. Through Aging with Care, she hopes to not only serve families across the Bay Area, but also inspire the next generation of caregivers to see the honor and importance in this deeply meaningful work.
